SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Returns

All of our products are made-to-order. This means we create your product after the time of order specially for you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fourteenth Floor products. We will accept returns for store credit only within 7 days of receiving your item. All returns must be sent to us in original packaging, unused, in the same condition you received it or you will forgo refund. Any orders that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned. Sale items cannot be returned. After the 7 day period, no returns will be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your return, a gift certificate for store credit will be mailed to you at the address provided. You will be responsible all shipping fees when returning your item. Please request a tracking number or purchase insurance on shipping. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Exchanges

Since our products are made to order we do not offer exchanges. If your item returns defective or damaged and you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 7 days at info@fourteenthfloorinteriors.com. Returns are only offered for store credit 7 days after receiving your item.

 

Shipping

*Due to the weight of some of our items, we suggest scheduling a time to pick up your items at our showroom if you are local to the Philadelphia/Main Line area if you do not want to incur shipping fees.*

Please allow 4-6 weeks from time of order until the time your products ship out. You will receive tracking information in your inbox when your order ships out. We USPS priority (1-3 days) ship our products. We cannot accept rush orders such as priority express or overnight at this time. Please make sure you order in time to receive your product before leaving for school. Dormitories usually do not receive resident packages directly to the dorm. If you are having an item shipped to you at school, please make sure you provide us with an address that can accept your package (such as a personal P.O. Box.) The customer is fully responsible for providing us with the correct shipping information. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping is dependent on weight.
